All artwork and crafts sold by JC Barber Art & Oil Painting are original, hand-painted pieces. By purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Description
Every item is unique due to the hand-painted nature of our work. Colours, textures, and details may vary slightly from the images displayed, reflecting the originality of the piece.

3. Payment
Full payment must be received before any artwork is dispatched. We accept payments via approved methods only.

4. Delivery
We aim to dispatch items within the stated processing time. Delivery times may vary depending on location and unforeseen circumstances. Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon delivery.

5. No Return Policy
Due to the bespoke and original nature of our hand-painted artworks and crafts, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the purchase is completed. Please ensure you are completely satisfied with your choice before placing an order.

6. Damage in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. While returns are not accepted, we will endeavour to resolve issues related to transit damage on a case-by-case basis.

7. Intellectual Property
All artwork and images remain the intellectual property of JC Barber Art & Oil Painting. Reproduction, copying, or commercial use without permission is prohibited.

8. Liability
JC Barber Art & Oil Painting is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
